Basil Mayo

This is a great sandwich spread. Look at my Italian Style Sandwiches.

1 large egg yolk that's been set to room temp (leave out for about 45 mins)
1/2 tsp super great dijon mustard
3/4 olive oil
1 tsp vinegar (white, red or cidar)
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup packed fresh basil
salt/pep

Put all in a blender and blend that ish!!!
